Preventing Solid Tumor Induced TCR Engineered T Cell Hypofunction

Summary:

Adoptive T cell immunotherapy has achieved remarkable success in the battle against hematologic malignancies. However, particular hurdles must be overcome when using the same strategy to target solid tumors like lung cancer. Dr. Moon is developing novel strategies to augment adoptive T cell immunotherapy to overcome these hurdles and testing them in preclinical models of lung cancer.
