Jose Leos Memorial Charity Golf Outing

This golf outing is held by the Skokie FOP #68 in memory of Officer Jose Leos, who passed away from lung cancer in 2019. He was a 14-year veteran of the Skokie Police Department as well as a U.S. Navy veteran. The inaugural event was held in 2020, raising $4,000 for lung cancer research.
Reservations taken on a first-come basis through September 17. The first 36 foursomes to pay are guaranteed a spot. Use this form to register. - 12 PM | Lunch (burgers, hot dogs, brats, chips, cookies, fruit, soda, water, 2 drink tickets)
- 12-12:45 PM | Free driving range warm-up
- 1 PM | 18-hold shotgun scramble
- 7 PM | Dinner and raffle (baked chicken breast, sirloin, roasted potatoes, vegetables, garden salad, mostaccioli, rolls, 2-hour open bar)
Foursome fee includes a golf cart with GPS, bag drop, driving range, tournament scoreboard, locker room facilities, lunch, dinner, and prizes. Guests can attend the dinner only for $60/person.

- Hole-in-one ($10,000 Hole 3, $500 all other Par 3s)
- Door prizes (longest drive, closest to the hole, best score, worst score, marshmallow drive, opposite hand drive, longest putt, split the pot, guess the tees)
